Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refund requests work for Priconvert Pro subscriptions.

Overview

Priconvert Pro is a monthly subscription ($5/month) billed through Stripe. This Refund Policy supplements our Terms of Service.

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal ("Manage billing") from your Priconvert account when Pro is active.

When you cancel, future renewals stop and you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods. Cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current or prior billing periods, unless required by applicable law or approved by us in a specific case.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. We may approve a refund when appropriate, including situations such as:

  • You were charged by mistake or billed twice for the same period.
  • A duplicate subscription was created in error.
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented Pro access shortly after a valid purchase and we could not resolve it promptly.

To request a review, email Priconvertsupport@gmail.com with the email address on your account, the approximate charge date, and a brief description of the issue.

What refunds do not cover

We generally do not provide refunds for partial months already served, change of mind after extended use, or failure to cancel before a renewal date if billing reminders were available through Stripe or your account. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of account access while the dispute is reviewed.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer and may take several business days to appear.
